Menstrual Discs
New to menstrual discs?
First, determine the proper fit.
Lumma™ is proud to be the only company in the world to offer three sizes of menstrual discs.
To get the ideal size, compare the finger length with a ruler before measuring, noting which part of the finger measures 3.8cm (typically from tip to first joint) and 5cm (typically from tip to second joint).
Clean your hands and find a comfortable position.
Insert your index or middle finger into your vagina and take it as far as you can.
Your cervix is located exactly where your finger stops. You should feel something soft, but firm and stiff, almost like the tip of your nose.

What is the right size for you?

If you can only feel your cervix after inserting 2 knuckles (between 1½ in / 4 cm and 2½ in / 6 cm), you have a medium cervix.
High
If your cervix is more than 2½ inches away, you have a high cervix.
