Because of the intimate nature of menstrual discs, all sales are final. Lumma does not accept returns of opened products or exchanges due to change of mind or personal preference.
Returns Due to Defect
Refunds or exchanges will be considered only for manufacturing defects.
To initiate a claim, the customer must:
- Contact contact@lummacups.com within 7 calendar days of receiving the order;
- Provide the order number, photos of the product, and a description of the defect.
Our team will review the request and issue a resolution within 30 business days. Approved cases may result in a refund or replacement, at our discretion.
Requests made after 30 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Size Exchanges (Unopened Items Only)
If you ordered the wrong size and would like to request an exchange, we can accept size changes under the following conditions:
- The product must be completely unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
- You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs: both returning the original product and receiving the replacement item.
We do not exchange opened or used products under any circumstances.
Hygiene Notice
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we do not accept returns of used items.
We will only accept exchanges if the product is sealed, intact, and shows no sign of tampering.
Any product with visible damage, signs of use, or broken packaging will be refused and returned to the sender without refund or replacement.
IMPORTANT: Remember it can take a little while to get the hang of using a menstrual disc, so please read our instruction in the "How to Use" section of our website. Also visit our blog to read a few tips from Lumma Cups about the products.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders that haven’t processed can be cancelled. Please email contact@lummacups.com to find out if your order has processed, and if it has not, our team can make the cancellation for you. Our team is available during business hours (EST) from Monday to Friday.
Please beware that orders are processed in the same business day or in the next business day if you ordered during weekends.
If the case of an order is successfully cancelled, you will be notified with confirmation. Please allow 3-7 business days for a refund to be credited back to you. Payments and refunds are processed by using the payment method selected at the time of checkout, and may be processed through a third party payment processor.
