Shipping policy

US SHIPPING

We ship though the following carriers: USPS, DHL, UPS. All shippings will have a tracking number so you can follow up on your order. Standard shipping is 3-10 business days.

Once your payment has been processed, you’ll receive an email confirming your order.

Orders are packed and shipped on business days only. As we use a third party fulfillment center to deliver orders, delivery times are estimates only. It is possible your order may arrive earlier or later. There may be delays for holidays. Watch for an email from us with tracking information.

CANADA SHIPPING

While the product approval process with Health Canada does not take place, orders destined to Canada are on hold. Contact us for more information (contact@lummacups.com).

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier service selected at checkout. Once your order is shipped, Lumma is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier.

Please track your shipment using the tracking number provided.

Shipping outside USA may take from 7 to 30 business days, depending on the country for standard shipping option.

We ship worldwide, except to Brazil and Canada.

Orders are shipped to the exact address provided at checkout. Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate, as we cannot make changes to the shipping address once the order has been dispatched. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may lead to delays, customs rejections, or returns. Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and calculated at checkout.

Duties, Taxes & Customs Regulations

All international orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

You are responsible for ensuring that the products you order can be lawfully imported into your country. As the importer of record, you must comply with all local laws and regulations. Customs policies vary widely, so we recommend contacting your local customs office if you are unsure.

We are not responsible for packages held, delayed, or rejected by customs. If the customer refuses to pay import duties and the package is returned to us, we will issue a partial refund for the product only, excluding the original shipping cost and a 30% restocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Please note that if a package is returned due to customs refusal, delivery failure, or import restrictions, the return process may take an extended period—sometimes several months or more.

We strive to process and ship all international orders promptly and will assist you as best we can if issues arise.
