    "I tried menstrual cups years ago and could not get them to work so I was hesitant to try a disc thinking I’d have the same negative experience. It’s the complete opposite! Easy to insert and remove, no pressure on my bladder or urethra, and NO LEAKS!! I have a high cervix so I bought the recommended large, but also got the medium as well.     "I am a nursing student so I needed a period product that would not only be good with lots of movement but also hold a heavy flow.
