Our reusable menstrual discs are available in three sizes and three color designs. The smooth texture and round rim are designed for a perfect fit.
- Made of medical grade silicone.
- Can be used during sex.
- Covers light, medium, heavy, and excessively heavy menstrual flows.
Squeeze the rim in the middle of the menstrual disc to form an “8” shape, maintaining the string in front of the disc.
Insert the disc into the vaginal canal. Continue pushing the disc toward the end of the canal until you feel that it’s positioned under your cervix.
Push upwards on the front of the rim, securing it behind the pubic bone. Part of the silicone string will remain outside the entrance of the vagina.
Whether you use collectors or disc, the process is quite simple. For detailed instructions, check our size chart.
Simple, you can expect much better cycle. Greater comfort, greater capacity, no additives and, yes, no smell. Have we told you that discs can be used during sex? It's a game changer.
There are a number of important differences to consider between discs and cups, starting with their placement on the body. While the discs are inserted above the vaginal canal, the cups are used in the vaginal canal itself.
• Cups should not be used during sex. With discs, sex is no problem.
• Most menstrual cups offer around 20ml of capacity. Discs can hold up to 60 ml.
• Cups require suction to stay in place. Discs remain in place with no need for suction.
• Collectors can be used for up to eight hours. Discs can be used for up to twelve hours.
We're the only company whose discs come in three sizes, ensuring an ideal fit for every day of your cycle.
In addition, our cups feature our patented technology that lets you hold them for easy removal. Our discs are the only ones on the market that feature a lanyard to aid in removal, not to mention three unique color designs. No two products are the same.
