I am a nursing student so I needed a period product that would not only be good with lots of movement but also hold a heavy flow. I started using the lumma disc about a year ago now and it’s perfect! Transform your relationship with menstruation.
Squeeze the rim in the middle of the menstrual disc to form an “8” shape, maintaining the string in front of the disc.
Insert the disc into the vaginal canal. Continue pushing the disc toward the end of the canal until you feel that it’s positioned under your cervix.
Push upwards on the front of the rim, securing it behind the pubic bone. Part of the silicone string will remain outside the entrance of the vagina.
